When is the date of subscription?

The date of subscription is the day that the client has successfully processed a payment and is verified by L1neUP.

When will the service starts?

Each client has 7 days from the date of subscription to provide the needed documents, materials, and other details on either Build or Boost plans.  The first day of service subscription may start within the 7-day period provided that all the necessary details have been submitted or it will start automatically on the 8th day from the date of subscription with or without the deemed necessary details.

How will I pay for the plan?

Go to the Subscription page, choose your plan. After such, you will receive an email to instruct you on how to process the payment for the plan you have chosen. The payment options available are ACH, wire transfer, and Transferwise.

What if I decide to end the subscription?

You may end your subscription before the set term. Just refer to the “Terms and Conditions” sent to you via email on how to terminate your subscription.

What if the services I need are not included on any of the plans?

You can “Customize Your Plan” that starts at $599. Go to the “Subscriptions Page” and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on “Contact us.” Fill out the form and tell us what you need. One of our support team will contact you to discuss the services that will suit your business strategy.

Is my payment secure?

We take your privacy seriously that’s why L1neUP VOS does not and will never ask for your bank details to make any payment. You can choose to send the payment via Wire Transfer, ACH or use Transferwise.
